1. EV APP OF THE WEEK: EV CONNECT

EV Connect is the home of the most innovative, robust and feature-rich cloud-based software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations, their interaction with utilities and the driver experience. The EV Connect App uses location-based services to allow drivers to easily find, access, and securely pay for EV charging. Drivers can search for and locate electric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.

2. EV NEWS: EV MAGAZINE

UK Rolls Back on EV Incentive Policies in Spring Statement. UK's Chancellor Rachel Reeves' Spring Statement introduces EV taxation, policy shifts and infrastructure funding—impacting drivers and automotive. UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves delivered her much-anticipated Spring Statement on Wednesday (26 March), addressing several pressing issues affecting the EV industry and the broader automotive sector.

3. EV TIP: TRAVEL SICKNESS

The trick is to reduce the number of small accelerations and decelerations when driving your EV. While one foot driving is great at harvesting energy, it can be difficult to drive in a neutral position without constantly slowing down and increasing speed even if these changes are relatively minor. Reducing the cars regeneration setting and power setting will smooth out the driving experience for passengers and hopefully stop that travel sickness feeling!

4. EV ANNOUNCEMENT: THE COOL DOWN

Kia recently announced the EV4, the latest electric vehicle in its growing lineup and its first electric sedan, according to Car and Driver. It will launch in four different versions, including a hatchback and a GT version with bigger tires and alternate styling.

5. EV REVIEW: ELECTRIFYING
