EV Tuesday Week 220

EV Tuesday Week 220

It's EV Tuesday!

14th April 2026

Hello to our EV Tuesday readers both old and new!

How has your week been?

Here at Headquarters we have been super busy building all your cables and chargers for you to use. We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves as a company.
Do you have any thoughts on what you think would be a great addition to your EV? How do you find our Customer Service (if you have had to use them)? Do you think our turnaround time is efficient enough? Please do let us know your thoughts.....we love all types of feedback!
Right, enough of that, now is the time to sit down and read through what we have found for you this week in our EV Tuesday newsletter.

We will be posting this to our social media channels including Twitter & Reddit (check out r/evcables subreddit). If you have access to our blog, you will get an extra item :)

Get involved and give us any ideas in the comments, they may well get used next week!

Right, ready.....steady.........GO!!

Feedback, Requests, Questions?
As always, please give us feedback on Twitter. Which item is your favourite? What do you want more or less of? Other suggestions? Just send a tweet to @ev_cables and put #EVTuesdays at the end so we can find it.

Have a great week everyone and happy reading!

Rivan R1T

Rivian is one of the newest electric-only carmakers, and it made a big splash with its R1T pickup truck in 2022. The 2026 Rivian R1T receives some significant upgrades, though its charming and modern styling is essentially unchanged. The most notable is the new Quad model, which uses more powerful and capable motors developed in-house.

6. EV VIDEO: EVERYTHING ELECTRIC CARS

The Best New UK EV… and Europe & America Can’t Have It...! Is this the EV we’ve been waiting for… all along? Today Robert Llewellyn is getting a first look at the Honda Super N, a back-to-basics electric car that ditches the weight, complexity, and cost of modern EVs in favour of something refreshingly simple. Inspired by Japan’s legendary kei car philosophy, this tiny EV weighs just 1,097kg, almost half the weight of some electric SUVs. And the result? A car that feels light, usable, and very sensible.

Until next time. Have a fantastic week!
