Well here we are, the beginning of February, 1/12 of the year gone already. How are we all doing? For those that got an EV recently are you enjoying it? We hope that you are finding our hints, tips and tools useful.

1. EV APP OF THE WEEK: POD POINT

2. EV NEWS: BBC NEWS
Tesla says its annual revenue has fallen for the first time as the electric vehicle (EV) maker shifts its focus to artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics. The company, which is run by multi-billionaire Elon Musk, reported a 3% decline in total revenues in 2025, while profits fell 61% in the last three months of the year. Tesla also announced plans to end production of its Model S and Model X vehicles. It will now use the manufacturing plant in California that made those cars to produce its line of humanoid robots - known as Optimus.
3. EV TIP: EV BATTERY POWER BANK
Emergency EV battery power banks are a lifeline as backup chargers for EV owners in emergencies, either on a long drive or where they can’t plug in a traditional EV granny charger. As more drivers in the UK shift to electric cars, the need for reliable backup battery options is increasing. These portable power bank batteries are a great emergency option for long road trips away from familiar charging points or unexpected power outages.

Land Rover Range Rover EV 2026: The Range Rover EV will be a new addition to the Land Rover lineup for 2026. It is based on the long-wheelbase gas-powered Range Rover, but with a unique multilink suspension setup that reduces the space needed for wheel articulation leading to extra room to house the EV’s battery and rear-wheel steering system.
