Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be brand new, meaning:
- It is indistinguishable from new and unused, including being free of smells, dirt, pet hair, or marks.
- The surface must be clean, with no scratches or scuffs on plastic surfaces.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
If you are unsure about your purchase and wish to test the product, please handle it carefully to keep it in new condition. Do not drop or drag the plugs on the ground, as this may cause damage.
When an item is returned in new condition, we provide a 100% refund. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as we incur the cost of shipping when sending the order.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using an affordable method like Royal Mail and packaging the item in as small a box as possible.
Returns for Used or Damaged Items
If an item is not in brand-new condition, many companies do not accept returns. However, we do inspect returned items and may offer a partial refund depending on the condition. In such cases:
- We charge a flat fee of £25 to replace any damaged plastic components.
- We clean the item at our own expense before resale or refurbishment.
- The final refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds.
