Hyundai Ioniq Charging Cables

Hyundai Ioniq EV CABLE

Your Hyundai Ioniq supports a maximum of 7.7kW charging (Single Phase/32A) and uses a Type 2 Connector.

The Hyundai Ioniq is a sleek looking vehicle with a good driving range of around 298 miles. It has a top speed of 115mph and can go from 0-62mph in just 5.2 seconds, nippy for a little car.

Charging is done using an EV Cables Type 2 connector with a maximum power of 7.7kW. A fully depleted battery will charge in around 11 hours 45 minutes, but you will need a phase 3 grid connection to achieve this. You can charge from 10%-80% in just 18 minutes, perfect for when you need that quick top up to get somewhere.

The sleek design has clean lines and minimalistic structures. The clamshell boot bonnet spans the width of the car, the LED lighting shows off its Parametric Pixels and you can admire the LED headlights. The rear lights are also LED in a rectangular shape. The wheels on the Hyundai Ioniq are 20” alloys.

The interior has adjustable front seats that can be fully reclined, flexible, sliding centre console, relaxation seats and a 12.3” screen giving you access to all the driving, safety and infotainment functions. The Hyundai Ioniq also has a paddle shifter, set the car in e-Pedal mode and regenerative braking, and control the car from your fingertips.

Our EV charging cables are backward compatible. They will automatically switch between 32 and 16 amps. So you can purchase more amps and phases for use on others cars/future-proofing and it’ll still work on your current car. Any cable lower than your cars maximum supported charging, will limit the change rate to the cable capacity.

Don't forget, your charge rate is also limited by your charge point.
